some the movies have liked......1. 'day zero'. a thinker about the draft. Elijah
Wood continuing his kooky surprising streak.
2. 'boy's life 6'. Dramas & Romance. a movie consisting of shorts. the first one of the
shorts, 'Bugcrush' was dark and tasty.
3. 'Edge of Seventeen'. Comedy & Drama. coming of age.
4. 'Circuit'. Drama & Romance. a bad side of a great activity.
5. 'Graduation'. Crime Action, Heist Film. a fresh look at coming of age. for 1 person at least.
6. 'Defying Gravity'. Dramas, Tearjerker, Romantic Drama. a 'i should have said i love you but
now it's too late' saga.

his life depended on it.

10. 'darkness falls'. horror flick. that bitch was knocking
people off faster then we could keep up. 3 people in
60 seconds at a time.
11. 'The Contractor'. Action Thriller, Espionage Action. predictable
12. 'The New Twenty'. Indie Drama. old friends. kind of tragic.
13. 'Skins'. (the british tv series) Drama. includes just
about everything i like in intertainment. big statement.
then i may have no taste.
14. 'Little Chenier: A Cajun Story'. Indie Crime Drama.
a little movie that could shows how evil people can be just
because they cannot have what they want. Frederick Koehler
played the part of a mentally handicapped brother.
he played the hell out of that part. brought tears to my eyes.
15. '11:14'. Indie Crime. Suspense & Thriller. it drives
home the message. what comes around goes around.
16. 'eraserhead'. Classic Sci-Fi Horror & Fantasy. Experimental.
5 minutes into the odd beginning of the movie with the
bad sound effects. gave me time to tell myself, '
i don't care what it is about, just turn it off'.

.................................................
17. 'the boy in the striped pajamas'. a 8 year old boy's slow realization that the 'farm' that was
located 200 yards behind his house was actually a nazi concentration camp that his
father ran and the other 8 year old boy he met with the numbers on his pajama top was not on the
other side of the fence playing games.
51 minutes into a 1 1/2 hour movie. when the boy's mother learned that the black smoke coming
from the 'farm' was not them burning dead leaves, i had to stop watching or be scarred for life
because you know the boy in the striped pajamas is way too close to the fire not to get
burned
18. 'ameerka'. what it's like for a mother and son from palestine to come to america and be
mistaken for an Iraq. predictable but touching.
19. 'mulligans'. my best friend is gay. now my father is gay. i'm freaking out and my 9 year old
sister is cool with it. and mom has always known. what i did this summer.
20. 'population 436'. if the town folk can't stop you from leaving, the town can.
21. 'somebody help me'. besides all the b movie acting, the most terrifying part is the praticed
screaming all the actors have to do while strapped in a chair having their body parts cut out and
off. the way that marques seems to fall asleep at some of the oddest times makes you think that
they will all wake up and find it's a dream. it really got stupid when the little white girl showed up.
not that there is anything wrong with being a little white girl. you'll see the reason why.
the best thing was the music.
22. 'the poker house'. disturbing and real. a little too real.
23. 'lo'. the first few frames lets you know you're going
to write about something.
Love is a tricky little devil. It has the power to command
great sacrifice from those it touches. Enter Justin. A loser
who’s most exciting moment in any given day is the house
salad/no dressing he orders on his lunch break from corporate
HateMyJob. But when a bizarre and curiously naive woman
named April shows up in his life, he is forever changed. Suddenly
the world is bright and full of hope, and nothing could ever change
that…until April is mysteriously kidnapped by demons. Finding an
ancient summoning book amongst her things, Justin draws a circle
on the ground and commands the power of the one demon
marked in the book by a red ribbon. The demon Lo. While
justin tries desperately to keep control of the demon he has
summond, Lo has other plans for the tasty human who sits
just inches away behind his protective circle. From singing
demons, to talking hands, dancing bartenders and human
sized rats, Justin’s love is put to the ultimate test, not to mention
Lo’s ego. Love is Hell, and Hell is funny.
24. 'amusement'. horror. WOW! see it. how WOW?
had to watch it twice just to see the laugh in action one
more time.
25 . 'stoic'. A heated game of poker causes three men incarcerated for nonviolent offenses to brutalize their cellmate before taking drastic measures in order to cover up their crime......one the most fucked up movies i have ever seen. most likely because it's true.

25. ' boot camp'. 40 deaths in the name of tough love. based
on a true story. ouch!
26. 'Amadeus'. period piece. watch out who you call your friends.
27. 'breakfast with scot'. you can see that it's going to be a
funny movie from the first momemt, but there is mic boom
that is hanging to low in alot of shots which is just odd.
28. 'american werewolf in paris'. oooooooo with comedy
and a great soundtrack. but the male lead is such an ass.
29. 'felon'. one aspect of prison life. you have to fight to survive.
30. 'The Lost'. Slashers and Serial Killers. Dark, Violent.
Marc Senter is twisted.
..................................................
31. 'across the hall'. Suspense, Crime & Erotic
Thriller. not who done it but, who will be
accused of doing it?
32. 'order of chaos'. Twisted thriller which chronicles the duplicitous relationship between a naive attorney (Coiro) and a neighbor-colleague (Ventimiglia) and their fierce competition to move up in the firm and get ahead in life.
33. 'shank'. Shank is a blistering British indie pulsating with untamed sexuality and aggression. Cal (Wayne Virgo) is a handsome teenage thug so desperate to hide his gay cravings from his fellow gang members that he binges on drugs, secretive anonymous sex and acts of violence. But the bad boy s secret desires are uncovered when he rescues a kind-eyed French exchange student from one of the clan s sadistic hate crimes. Though the two boys fall passionately in love, Cal s crew is bent on revenge for his betrayal and the young lovers are placed in unspeakable danger. Unapologetic and as poignant as it is shocking, Shank is a must see...

.................................................
34. Mortal Thoughts. case of who done it. Cynthia comes forward to talk to detective John about the murder of her best friend's husband. The story is told as a series of flashbacks.
35. District 9. WOW! who would have thought that silly man at the beginning would, well. see it. see Wikus Van De Merwe.
36. 'It Might Get Loud'. Three generations of rock guitarists come together for It Might Get Loud, a 2009 documentary directed by Davis Guggenheim
Jimmy Page, The Edge, Jack White, Bono, Michael McKean, Larry Mullen. Robert Plant, Meg White, Davis Guggenheim, Alba Tull, Bert Ellis, Diana Derycz-Kessler, Erica Beaney, Lesley Chilcott, Michael Birtel, Michael Mailis, Peter Afterman, Rebecca Hartzell: Movies & T...Jimmy Page, The Edge, Jack White, Bono, Michael McKean, Larry Mullen. Robert Plant, Meg White, Davis Guggenheim, Alba Tull, Bert Ellis, Diana Derycz-Kessler, Erica Beaney, Lesley Chilcott, Michael Birtel, Michael Mailis, Peter Afterman, Rebecca Hartzell:
37. 'Shiver'. Junio Valverdi of THE DEVIL S BACKBONE stars as Santi, a bullied teen who suffers from a rare and violent allergy to sunlight. When his condition worsens, he and his mother are forced to move to a remote village in the mountains. But something is alive deep in this shadowy forest. It is hungry and vicious. (sub titlies yes but the visuals are enough)
38. 'Ong Bak 2: The Beginning'. Tony Jaa. one of the greatest martial artist, actor, choreographer, stuntman and director in ancient style of Muay Thai i've seen on film became a Thai monk in May 2010. i'm not sure what that means, but it means something. another one of those 'did all the stunts without mechanical assistance or computer-generated eff...ects and it showcased his style of extreme acrobatics and speedy, dance-like moves' type of guys.
39. 'New York, I Love You (2009)'. New York, I Love You feels as patchy as its experimental premise. Riffing on Paris, je t'aime, this film comprises several segments seeking to reflect the Big Apple's diversity and unlikely relationships forged through it. Ten directors had two days to shoot and one week to edit individual segments that are linked by transitions.
